This website, www.juratools.com ("Website"), is owned and operated by Diaset BV, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK: 30184982) in Utrecht, The Netherlands. References to “JURA Tools,” “we,” or “us” refer to Diaset BV.

These terms apply to all purchases and bookings made on our Website, as well as to orders placed via direct request, quotation, or invoicing. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We supply products for private, domestic, and professional use. Use for commercial resale is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Your order is governed by the version in effect at the time of purchase. Always review the current terms before placing a new order.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where pricing, stock availability, product descriptions, or technical errors occur.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in EUR, excluding VAT and shipping. JURA Tools reserves the right to change prices or product content at any time without prior notice. When you place an order, our team evaluates it, and an invoice is issued within 24 hours including:

  • Shipping costs
  • VAT (if applicable)

VAT rules:

  • VAT applies to all orders within the Netherlands.
  • No VAT is charged for EU orders with a valid VAT number.
  • No VAT is charged for orders outside the EU.

Payment methods: Wire Transfer and PayPal. Payment details are provided on the invoice. Orders are processed only after full payment and verification.

Any price changes, corrections, or compensation requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your goods. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, pricing or product information may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders placed for products listed with incorrect pricing or information—regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If we cancel an order due to a pricing error, you will be notified and refunded in full (if applicable).

Product Availability

Items marked “In Stock” are subject to availability at time of order. Availability at specific locations is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will contact you to offer an alternative or refund.

Product photos are for illustration. Variations in color, size, and design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or minor production differences. For critical details, contact us before ordering.

All guides provided are for reference only. We recommend double-checking measurements with us before placing custom orders.

Pre-Orders

When an item is listed online as a pre-order, by placing an order the customer agrees to the estimated ready-to-ship date shown on the product page and acknowledges that delays are possible. Orders

The Online Store guides you through placing an order. A summary screen will display the selected products, quantity, and unit prices. After submitting your order:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming receipt (not acceptance).
  • Once verified and paid, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation and invoice.

Custom and made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically to order and exempt from cancellation under Dutch consumer law. Orders placed cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstance. No cancellations are accepted after an order is placed, regardless of processing status. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the return procedure. Any additional purchases must be made separately.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed from Wednesday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). As a family-run company, order processing may take time, especially during busy periods. We do our best to prepare and ship in-stock items within 5 business days after receiving payment. Larger orders may require more time.

Indicative delivery times:

  • Within EU: ~5 business days after shipment

All shipments require an adult signature. If no one is available after 3 delivery attempts, and no contact is made within 5 days, the package will be returned. Re-shipping fees apply. JURA Tools is not responsible for customs fees or import duties outside the EU.

Customers will receive a track & trace code. The receiver is responsible for monitoring the shipment and ensuring someone is available to accept delivery. We are not liable for undelivered packages if the customer did not track the shipment or failed to receive it.

Right to Cancel

According to Dutch consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order for new, unused goods within 14 days. This does not apply to made-to-order or personalized items. Returned items must be in original, unused condition, including packaging and invoice. Refunds exclude original shipping and may be reduced if items were handled excessively.

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be requested and approved by email. Use insured, trackable parcel post. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty. We are not responsible for loss or damage in return transit.

Refunds via PayPal or bank transfer only. Products from resellers cannot be returned to us and vice versa.

Shipping Damage & Inspection Policy

For Private Customers (B2C)

  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box

Claims submitted after 14 days or without photos are not eligible.

For Business Customers (B2B)

Issues must be reported within 48 hours with full documentation. Claims submitted later may not be accepted.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. A voucher will be issued, valid for 1 month. Used sale items may carry limited warranty. No returns or warranty on discounted or second-hand goods. Errors or misuse of vouchers may result in order cancellation. Vouchers cannot be combined with sales or combination deals. If such an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel it.

Warranty

Legal Compliance

EU compliance is guaranteed. Outside EU, customers are responsible for local regulations. We are not liable for non-compliance or import consequences.

Customs, Import Duties & Compliance Outside EU

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and fees. Customers are responsible for all related costs. We do not refund or reimburse such fees. If a shipment is returned due to non-compliance, the customer covers all resulting costs.

Please note: Due to constantly changing import policies, duties and taxes may vary per order and destination, especially for shipments to the United States. Recent policies can disadvantage small shipments; as a guideline, we suggest ordering with a customs value above €800 where feasible. The estimated weight of items is stated online to assist with planning.

Temporary Free Shipping

When promoted online only; requires a valid promo code.

This is a temporary offer available only during promotional periods announced on our website and social channels. To redeem, you must enter the promo code published online within the stated time window at checkout.

1. Eligibility

  • Minimum order value €1,000 (excl. VAT/fees)
  • Standard, non-freight items only
  • Total shipping weight ≤ 10 kg
  • Maximum parcel size: 40 × 40 × 50 cm
  • Some regions may be excluded and therefore not selectable at checkout

2. Exclusions

  • Heavy, oversized, or freight-classified items
  • Special handling, pallet, or multi-box shipments
  • Partial shipments or backorders

3. Right to Review and Cancel

We reserve the right to review orders using this promo. If weight, parcel size, or shipping method exceeds the limits above—or if the promo is applied to ineligible items—we may cancel the order. In such cases we will refund the payment minus the original payment processing fee charged to us by the provider.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

“Free shipping” covers transportation only during the promo period; duties and taxes remain the customer’s responsibility. The estimated weight for products is stated online for transparency.

5. Modifications

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the offer without notice. Orders placed before a change will be honored if they met the published terms at the time of ordering.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content is the property of JURA Tools or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Governing Language

These terms are in English. In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.

Jurisdiction & Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Dutch courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, though we may pursue claims in your country of residence.
